About Me
Michelle Bradley is a native New Yorker. She is a Special Education Itinerant Teacher, and has been working with children for over 20 years in many different capacities. In her free time she loves to write, read, dabble in photography, scrapbook, travel the world, and swim with as many different species of sharks as possible.
Writing is one of my biggest passions, and publishing my picture manuscripts has been a dream of mine. It has finally happened…. I now have not one, but two published picture books!
My debut picture book, Austin’s Unlikely Pet, is live on amazon!
Check out my “Picture Books” section to find out how you can order an autographed copy of Austin’s Unlikely Pet, and purchase my second picture book, Logan’s BIG Idea!
Besides writing picture books, one of my biggest passions is travel!
After taking my first big trip to Egypt, alone back in 2010, I was bit by the travel bug. Ever since then I couldn’t stop (except the last 2 years due to covid). Traveling the world has opened my eyes to so much. I am fascinated by other cultures, and the way people live around the world. I have been to 6 continents, and I will go to the 7th (Antarctica) in February of 2022. A lot of my picture books are actually based on many of the places I went. I eventually would love to do a travel series of picture books!
This heart of mine was made to travel this world, and I will not stop until I see every corner!

Another one of my biggest passions is swimming with sharks (and other ocean life too)!
For as long as I can remember I have been obsessed with the ocean, and all of the many amazing creatures that live in it. I have swam with so many sea creatures over the course of my life, but one of my biggest dreams is freediving with great white sharks and hammerheads! I have cage dived with them, and both experiences were incredible adventures. I also want to one day travel to Norway to swim with Orcas (Killer Whales). I have also swam with Whale Sharks, Manatees, Sting Rays, Humpback Whales, Mako sharks, Sand Tiger sharks, nurse sharks, Reef Sharks, and I am sure more that I can’t remember right now ha ha.
